BTC is a business incubator that assists new companies. We offer office space from 160 square feet to over 1300 square feet!

BTC works with you to assist in meeting your business plan. BTC offers discounted rent that escalates each year. By the end of 3-5 years, your business should be able to move anywhere and succeed.

No need to purchase all those expensive items that a new business requires. BTC has a fax/copier machine that tenants use with their private password. You only pay for your actual usage. BTC may even have furniture for your use in your new office like the office pictured here.

We offer coffee, cleaning service, postage meter, break room and lobby area at no additional charge to our tenants. BTC has a receptionist to greet your customers!
